This site exists to help you understand horse racing form. It cannot help you win, and nothing on it should be treated as a reason to bet more than you intended.
Gambling costs most people money over time. That is how the industry funds itself. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.
Our ratings are estimates produced by software from imperfect data. They are frequently wrong. Where we show past performance it is history, and history is not a forecast.
We would rather lose your custom than have you stake money you cannot afford because a number on a screen looked confident.

Spending more time or money than you meant to. Hiding it from people close to you. Feeling anxious, irritable or preoccupied between bets. Borrowing, selling things, or missing bills or commitments to gamble. Trying to stop and finding you cannot.

NHS — nhs.uk has an overview of gambling support, and there are NHS gambling clinics across the country you can be referred to or refer yourself.
